Habitat Build in Zambia
Over the summer of 2013, our President was fortunate enough to be able to co-lead a team of 11 to Chipulukusu, Zambia. The needs of this community are substantial, and they are some of the happiest people on the planet. Our team built one of the small homes seen in the photos below in 5 days of working (in amazingly beautiful weather since it was the Zambian winter). Our group was made up of accountants, executives, students, small business owners, teachers, and professional moms. Over the course of 5 days we became expert masons and achieved our goal!
